We’re delighted to share that we’re now working with M-Cube - a European leader in digital in-store experiences - to deliver to their clients an omnichannel experience through customer-facing interactive screens in-store. The Cloudshelf solution creates a digital catalogue that can connect to a retailer's Ecommerce website to access the relevant product content to display, i.e., images, videos, text, pricing, etc., without the need to create specific content and spend time on maintenance.

Main retail use cases to support the solution:

  • Endless Aisle with a digital catalogue, showcasing products that are out of stock or out of sight. Retailers select the category of products they wish to highlight.
  • Mobile checkout with payment through the interface (using QR code and the retailer’s existing Ecommerce checkout), and/or connect with a payment terminal.
  • Upskill sales staff by equipping them with a sales tool to display all product details on screen, helping the team in-store to better present and sell these products.
  • Scan QR code / barcode and display the product details on the screen within seconds.
