Founded in 2010 by Andrea Giordano, Grafica Point is an innovative print and design company based in San Fermo della Battaglia, in the province of Como, Lombardy, Italy. What began as a passion for digital printing has grown into a thriving business, offering a wide range of high-quality printing solutions - from small to large-format projects, as well as printed apparel and personalised merchandise. Known for their efficiency, creativity, and commitment to sustainability, Grafica Point differentiates itself by using recycled and renewable materials, ensuring both quality and environmental responsibility.

The challenge

As Grafica Point prepared to open their first physical retail store, the team wanted to create an engaging, seamless experience for customers looking to personalise clothing and other printed products. Their goal was to make customisation accessible and convenient - allowing customers to browse, personalise, and order products effortlessly without the need for staff assistance. Andrea and their team needed a digital in-store solution that could combine the convenience of e-commerce with the tactile engagement of physical retail.

The Cloudshelf kiosk solution

In the summer of 2025, Grafica Point installed the Cloudshelf app via the Shopify app store, preparing to launch their new store experience in the autumn. When the store opened in early October, customers were greeted by a 24-inch floor-standing self-service kiosk equipped with a Viva terminal, allowing them to select products, customise options such as colour and text, place orders for home delivery, and complete payment instantly.
The setup created a fully self-service model - efficient, intuitive, and built to scale - aligning perfectly with Grafica Point’s vision of blending innovation, independence, and customer empowerment.

The Results

Though it is still early days since launch, customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Shoppers have found the kiosk experience simple, fast, and enjoyable, while store owner Andrea Giordano couldn’t be happier with the results so far:
