Cloudshelf screens are displayed in stores, so you want to be sure they can't display inappropriate content.
Basic principles
- All rights within Cloudshelf are role-based.
- All access to Cloudshelf uses two-factor authentication (2FA).
- All changes to Cloudshelf are logged against an individual user, so they can be traced back.
- All Cloudshelf data is snapshotted every hour, and we can roll back to any hour in the last 24 hours, or any day in the last 7 days, on request.
Within your team
Anyone who can change the eCommerce data that syncs into Cloudshelf can update the data in Cloudshelf.
People you have given access to Cloudshelf Manager with edit rights can change any content in Cloudshelf. People you have given delete rights can delete any content in Cloudshelf.
Within Cloudshelf's team
Only people whose role requires access to your data can see it, and only those who need to edit your data can change it.
These roles are:
- your appointed Customer Success Manager and their backup
- the lead solution admin
- the head of engineering
