When you would rather keep that final moment of contact, you can route payment to an existing till or a staff payment terminal instead. Each store decides how it takes payment, queues get shorter, and more sales close on the spot.

At checkout, shoppers choose what suits them: delivery to home for bulky or out-of-stock items, or collection in store, which brings them back for another visit and another chance to sell.
