I accidentally deleted the Cloudshelf icon from our store touch screen

A 2-minute fix: recreate the home screen app on the device and pair it again.

Not to worry, this is a 2-minute fix.

Go to device.cloudshelf.ai on the screen in question.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create the home screen app.
Get the new pairing code.
Go back to the Cloudshelf app in your Shopify admin, open the Devices tab and pair the device with the new code.

Done!

Do I lose my Cloudshelf if I delete the icon on the screen?

No. Your Cloudshelf is safe in the Cloudshelf app. Recreate the home screen app on the device and pair it again with the new code.
